No. Finoways (Fino Ways LLC) is a limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority, UAE (business licence 2322718.01, issued 15 February 2023), with a physical office, a published address, company email and phone lines, and public policies for pricing, refunds and risk. We sell software licences, research and training subscriptions. We never take deposits, never trade on your behalf and never ask for your trading-account password. If someone claiming to be Finoways does any of those things, they are not us: see the official channels page.
No. Finoways is licensed for financial advisory, financial analysis, investment advisory and training/education activities, not brokerage. Our software connects to a trading account that you open and control at a broker of your choice. We do not hold client money, execute trades as a counterparty or offer trading accounts.
Yes. Fino Ways LLC holds a UAE business licence from the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (licence no. 2322718.01, formation no. 2322718, valid to 14 February 2027) covering activities auxiliary to financial services, investment advisory, financial advisory and analysis, and training and education consultancy. This is a company trade licence; Finoways is not a bank or a brokerage.
